MANILA, Philippines — The Division of Labor and Employment (DOLE) will begin accepting on Monday purposes for the P5,000 money help for personal sector employees affected by the imposition of Alert Degree 3 or increased, certainly one of its officers stated Saturday.
“Beginning Monday, January 24, tayo ay magsisimula nang mag-accept ng purposes para sa P5,000 monetary help doon sa mga naapektuhan ng Alert Degree 3 at pataas,” Labor Assistant Secretary Dominique Tutay stated in an interview with DZBB.
(Beginning Monday, January 24, we are going to begin accepting purposes for the P5,000 monetary help for employees affected by Alert Degree 3 or increased.)
“Para lamang po ito sa mga manggagawa na naapektuhan ng pagsasara ng kanilang mga kumpanya completely, or by motive of retrenchment sila ay nawalan ng trabaho, at ‘yung mga manggagawa na suspended ang work nila dahil briefly closed ang kanilang kumpanya underneath Alert Degree 3,” she added.
(That is just for employees who have been affected by the everlasting closure of their corporations or misplaced their jobs attributable to retrenchment, and people whose work have been suspended as a result of their corporations are briefly closed underneath Alert Degree 3.)
The rules for the P1-billion program have been said in DOLE’s Division Order No. 232 signed by Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III on Thursday.

The doc confirmed that the COVID-19 Adjustment Measures Program 3 (CAMP3) is a program that gives a one-time monetary help to affected employees within the formal sector as a result of declaration of not less than Alert Degree 3.
