Components:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup darkish brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to style
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon floor cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon floor nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped recent rosemary
- 3 kilos candy potatoes, peeled and lower into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 cup pecan halves, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 levels F. Calmly oil a 9 x 13 baking dish or coat with nonstick spray.
- In a small saucepan over medium warmth, mix orange juice, brown sugar, butter, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper till butter has melted, about 4 minutes. Take away from warmth; stir in vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and rosemary.
- Place potatoes into the ready baking dish; stir in orange juice combination.
- Place into oven and bake, lined, for 40 minutes. Uncover; proceed to bake for a further 20 minutes, basting each 7-8 minutes till potatoes are tender and orange juice combination is syrupy. Season with salt and pepper, to style.
- Serve instantly, garnished with pecans, if desired.
